Thuro Background Screening Services ("Thuro," "we," "us," or "our") sends text messages to job candidates for the sole purpose of delivering secure links to complete required background screening forms and related documentation. These are transactional service messages directly related to your background screening process.

How You Opted In

You will only receive text messages from Thuro if you have provided your mobile phone number to Thuro or to the employer initiating your background screening, and have consented to receive text communications as part of the background screening process.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary. You will typically receive one to three messages per background screening engagement, limited to form completion links and status notifications related to your screening.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of text messages from Thuro at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-enroll, contact us directly at the information below.
